Christmas Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
4. Stir in vanilla extract.
5. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle holiday sprinkles evenly.
6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
7. Cut into squares and serve!
Bubblegum Marshmallow Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp bubblegum extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
½ cup rainbow sprinkles
1 drop pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in the bubblegum extract and pink food coloring (if using) until well combined.
Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle additional rainbow sprinkles on top for decoration.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
